Step 1: Decide on a title for your item. For example: Duffy, The Duffy Family, The Duffys, The Duffy Gang, etc. ... Remember to be creative! Type your selection in the "Add to Cart" box.
Step 2: Add your address
Step 3: Choose from 1 to 6 heads and type them in the "Add to Cart" box. Make sure you select them in the order you would like your family members to appear -- from left to right.
Step 4: Make sure to put the family member's name next to the Head # you select for them.
