Step 1: Type the last name that will go in the Title in the "Add to Cart" box.
Step 2: Choose from 1 to 6 heads and type them in the "Add to Cart" box. Make sure you select them in the order you would like your family members to appear -- from top to bottom (left to right).
Step 3: Make sure to put the family member's name next to the Head # you select for them.
