Q. When will my custom stationery order ship?

A. Most orders for customized personal stationery are shipped within 5 to 7 business days! All orders for personal stationery will only be shipped after receipt of payment!

Q. How much are shipping charges for Tag-It-Yours! Stationery?

A. Standard flat rate is $6.00 shipping & handling. FLAT RATE SHIPPPING AND HANDLING IS ONLY $3.99 FOR A LIMITED TIME!! We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Q. Do you ship custom stationery outside the USA?

A. Yes we do!  We currently offer shipping to Canada and Australia.

Q. I am a local customer. Can I place an order online, and not pay for shipping?

A. Yes! Of course you can;) We would be glad to have you pick up your order or make arrangements to get your order in a way, besides shipping it to your residence. If you contact us by e-mail at sales@tagityours.com we will provide you a voucher number to use when you place your order. This will cancel out the shipping charge.

Q. Do you print addresses on envelopes?

A. Yes, we provide custom envelope printing as well! We are very excited to offer envelope address printing. For an additional $5.00, you can have a custom address printed on your envelopes. Please contact us for information on how to request address-printed envelopes.

Q. Is there an apostrophe in the last name when designing a Family Faces Stationery product?

A. For example: The Sullivan's or The Sullivans. The family name is plural, not possessive. The correct addition to the last name is "s" or "es". For example, The Sullivans or The Pearces. Another option is to personalize the product with the addition of the word "Family." For example, The Matthew Family.
